Registered Youth Worker/Anti-harassment Training: New employees are required to be a registered youth worker with Community of Christ or be able to register within 30 days of hire date. Anti-harassment training is also required within 30 days of hire and then required annually.

Summary Description: The Administrative and Communications Coordinator provides vital support in managing communications, digital platforms, and administrative tasks. They are responsible for keeping information organized, communication flowing, and events running smoothly, while also serving as the first point of contact for congregational leaders.
Are you highly organized and love keeping things running smoothly? This flexible, part-time role is all about supporting the Mission Center behind the scenes. From scheduling meetings and preparing agendas to managing files and helping with event logistics, the Coordinator keeps our leadership and congregations connected and on track.
This position is remote with some evening or weekend tasks and occasional in-person event support. If you’re detail-oriented, adaptable, and excited to help a community-focused team stay organized and effective, we’d love to hear from you!

Summary Description: The Bookkeeper provides financial support to the MCP/MCFO and assists congregations across the Inland West Mission Center. This role ensures accurate and timely financial reporting, compliance with church and legal standards, and support for mission-aligned financial stewardship.
Do you enjoy working with numbers and keeping things in order? This flexible, part-time role focuses on making sure the Mission Center’s finances are accurate, timely, and transparent. From tracking income and expenses, to preparing reports, to helping congregations understand how generosity fuels mission, the Bookkeeper plays a key role in supporting our shared ministry.
